We spent the first half of the day running errands and hanging out as a family. That afternoon we drove to Brenham to celebrate my beautiful niece's 8th birthday! Happy Birthday beautiful girl!

Colton spent the entire time on any riding toy he could find. He was in heaven!!
Cory and I headed home around 9 while Colton and my mom went with the rest of the crew to see fireworks. I was worried he wouldn't like them but mom said he LOVED them. She said he rested his cheek against hers and every few minutes he would sit up and look her in the face with a huge grin. Love that kid!! Thanks so much to my wonderful mom for taking him home and keeping him for the night. Cory and I got up this morning and cleaned house before going out to lunch together. (Lately it isn't much fun to eat out with Colton so it was nice to enjoy our meal!)Love,
